Nikki Sinclair
Organisational Change & Governance | Programme Delivery
Nikki is an experienced consultant specialising in organisational change, governance, and diversity and inclusion. She has led national programmes for clients including Sport England, UK Sport, and the NHS, driving cultural transformation and inclusive leadership.
With over 18 years’ experience across public and private sectors, she brings strategic insight and a practical, impact-focused approach. Nikki also serves as a Governor at South Staffordshire College, supporting inclusive education and governance.
She holds a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, ILM Level 7 in Management & Leadership, and is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner.

Rubi Gubara-Sannie
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) | Organisational Development & Design
Rubi has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development and design, equity and EDI in both public and private sectors. Her mission is to inspire organisational growth, and progress as well as equitable and just outcomes for staff working at all levels across organisations and communities.
Rubi has extensive experience in providing and delivering strategic and inspirational expertise on culture, values, leadership development, talent management and inclusion.
She has an ILM qualification in Coaching & Mentoring and CIPD L7 qualification in OD & Design.

Jade Weekes
Executive Assistant | Community Manager
​Jade is able to use her experience as a PA and secretary to provide invaluable executive and administration support to YNA's dynamic environment and keep it operating at it's very best.
She has a key role in delivering excellence for our clients and great productivity across the team.

Jade also manages our Brave Leaders Community as we look to create a movement of 1 Million Brave Leaders.

Leah Weekes
Business Support Officer
Leah is a key member of the team ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business behind the scenes.
She brings her vast range of problem solving, digital design and business administration skills to support the design and development of our business processes and systems.

Zara Rageh
Learning & Talent Development Lead
Zara has extensive experience in Learning & Talent Development and OD in both public and private sectors. She is skilled in designing and delivering talent programmes as well as determining tactics and writing strategy to effectively implement OD initiatives across organisations.
Zara combines her passion for EDI and developing others to increase diversity across the board using talent development programmes and opportunities.
She has a CIPD L5 qualification in L&D Business Partnering and is an accredited Facet5 practitioner.

Penny Moore
Executive Assistant
With over two decades in administration under her belt, Penny brings a wealth of experience to the table, coupled with her credentials as a qualified proofreader.
Her role entails a diverse array of responsibilities, all geared towards delivering excellence for our clients and great productivity across the team. Penny looks after all diary, travel and coordination arrangements and provides invaluable executive and administration support.

Charliese Abbott
Digital Content and Creative Lead
With a wealth of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, Charliese brings her brilliant creativity and attention to detail in delivering amazing content for our brands.
Charliese leads on the creation and design of our digital and social media content, including the filming and editing for our #BITBPodcast.
